This is an insightful book about forgiveness. It challenges you to take the high road. It is easier to hold onto grudges, bitterness and resentment. It is challenging but liberating to forgive. The quote, "To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you." Is something that stood out to me.

I am no longer a by: Masterfully written with a theological emphasis. Forgive and Forget is divided into 4 I is The Four Stages of Forgiving, which I thought was a little slow to get into and wondered if I would finish the Forgive or forget book did.
